We will pay you a one-time amount for a private laptop that you need for your vocational school lessons according to the requirements of your vocational school and profession.

You get 6 weeks of holiday in each year of your apprenticeship.

In addition to a diverse training program, we also organize an annual apprenticeship camp during the first week of summer holidays, where apprentices from all professional groups and both dormakaba locations participate.

All teaching materials are covered 100% by dormakaba.

Expenses for inter-company courses are covered by dormakaba (travel costs, lunch).

In our staff restaurants in Wetzikon and Rümlang, you receive approximately 50% discount on lunch menus. Additionally, seating areas and microwaves are available for your own packed meals.
