Comprehensive product knowledge is required in order to provide a good consultation service and ensure successful project implementation. In order to guarantee that our partners are in possession of this knowledge, we train and certify them.
As a dormakaba partner and specialist, you have access to our extensive range of classroom training, e-learning and webinars. In doing so, we rely on "blended learning". This means that the advantages of classroom training are combined with the possibilities of preliminary courses via e-learning. The learning content required for certification in the individual partner categories is combined into a learning program. The participant enrolls in a learning program himself or it is assigned to him by dormakaba. In many cases, e-learning is provided as the first learning content in order to acquire the theoretical basics. Prepared in this way, you benefit optimally from the classroom training under expert guidance. The certification test at the end of the learning program ensures the quality of our certifications.
