The annual Maintenance and Support Agreement for Cencon 5 Software provides users the long-term security of comprehensive technical support and software maintenance in the most economical way possible.
When you purchase a Software and Maintenance Agreement, you receive the following benefits:
- Free downloadable software updates for your licensed Cencon software.
- Free telephone, email and remote desktop support during normal business hours.
- Priority response to support requests submitted via voice or email during normal business hours.
- Normal business hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm EST/EDT, Monday through Friday.
- Priority support for routine short-duration installation, software update or usage questions.
- Substantial savings compared to incremental update costs.
- Optional participation in future pre-release software evaluations.
How to Order
You can purchase Software and Maintenance at the time you order Cencon 5 software, or within 30 days of your purchase. Feel free to call our Sales Department at 1-877-KabaMas (522-2627). Each purchase of Cencon 5 software includes 30 days of priority support and free software updates. The purchase of a Software Maintenance and Support Agreement will extend these valuable services for the entire term of the agreement.
Free Software Maintenance
Free downloadable service packs, updates and patches to the software are available upon request for the length of the Maintenance and Support Agreement. Our Technical Support Group will notify your designated contact when an update is available. This will ensure that you are always running the latest release of Cencon software.
Free Software Support
Phone, email and remote desktop support are perhaps the most compelling reasons to purchase Maintenance and Support. Without it, you may be billed an hourly rate for helpdesk support.
Your Software Maintenance and Support Agreement can be set up to automatically renew annually for a specified time period, without time-consuming contracts and negotiation.
Free Beta Software
As a Software and Maintenance subscriber, you may be selected to receive a free copy of beta software of the next release, giving you the opportunity to contribute valuable feedback on performance, features and functions.
