DORMA, founded in 1908, offered holistic door solutions, attendance recording, access control, and emergency exit and escape route management. Kaba, founded in 1862, was a leading provider of high-quality access management solutions, keys, cylinders, physical access systems, enterprise data, and time recording. The two brands shared a passion for innovation, a commitment to delivering added value to their customers, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
