A scalable and secure access control system for Costa Crociere

Costa Crociere has chosen dormakaba as a strategic partner to guarantee security and access control, consolidating a collaborative relationship covering several company offices. The first installation, at the headquarters in Genoa, introduced the exos 9300 system, an advanced platform with access control software for centralized and flexible access management, including to the elevators and Argus HSB gates in the lobby.

Thanks to this affordable and effective solution, Costa Crociere has extended its collaborative relationship with dormakaba to its Milan management offices, located in a prestigious historic building. This space, managed by Costa Crociere’s Facility team and furnished with Italian design, has been equipped with a cloud access control system. This remote access control solution enables autonomous and remote management of all gates, including the external entrance.

LEGIC technology guarantees maximum protection standards, with access also by smartphone thanks to its Mobile Access function. The management area is further protected by an electronic cylinder integrated with mechanical cylinders, combining the security features of both systems in a complete solution.

These installations demonstrate how dormakaba has been able to respond to specific needs with scalable and innovative solutions, further consolidating a solid and future-oriented partnership.
