The dormakaba RCI 8365 Mortise MicroMag® is a cabinet maglock: a compact, low-profile mortise electromagnetic lock designed for securing small enclosures, cabinets and sliding doors. Typical uses include cash drawers, vending machines, filing cabinets and perimeter or interior sliding doors.

This micro maglock provides up to 300 lbf (1,334 N) of holding force. It is a low energy consumption lock, field-selectable at 12 or 24 VDC, drawing 400 mA at 12 VDC. The lock is fail-safe, so it releases when power is removed, and it is backed by a lifetime limited warranty.
