Active, emergency-escape lock with automatic motorised locking action for the active door leaf in double-leaf door systems, in combination with the SVI 2000 F passive-leaf lock, offers increased convenience with full emergency unlocking.
Thanks to the emergency escape function, the door can be quickly opened on the inside with a single release action. The automatic locking mechanism ensures that the door is securely locked as soon as the door closes.
Operation modes: Direct connection to CAN/DCW® BUS participant e. g.: ED 100/250 as a stand-alone system with full functionality using the external SVP-S 4x DCW control unit or standalone (function: open/close only).
The lock is suitable for use in emergency exits and escape routes in compliance with EN 179 or on panic doors with a horizontal push bar in compliance with EN 1125.
- Certified in accordance with EN 179 and EN 1125
- Automatic relocking action
- Universal trip latch
- Motorised unlocking
- Connection through integrated DCW®/CAN BUS interface
- Status messages, e.g. for querying the door status, cylinder locking etc.
Comfortable and secure
The SVA 2000 shows its strengths as full panic solution in combination with the SVI 2000 passive leaf lock, as well as access solutions and escape route systems like SafeRoute. So, doors can be opened comfortably from a distance.
Where there is a high frequency of access, the lock can be permanently unlocked in conjunction with automatic actuators or the SVP-S 3x/SVP-S 4x control unit. For example, the combination ED 100/250 with DCW upgrade card is feasible as a barrier-free access solution according to requirements and without needing an additional control unit, thanks to the integrated DCW interface.
With a range of monitoring functions
The lock status messages enable monitoring of the latch, bolt, cylinder locking, door status and lever handle. The signalling functions of the SVA 2000 F motor lock are particularly suitable for monitoring and ensuring the convenient operation of doors in emergency exit and escape route systems but can also be used to activate alarm systems or for remote monitoring systems.
Securely locked even in the event of a power failure
The mechanical sequential control in combination with the power reserve module ensures fire and smoke doors are securely locked. For the use in fire and smoke check doors an external PR-module is needed. Auxiliary functions, such as alarm time settings and operating times, can be adjusted via the SVP-S 4x DCW motor lock control unit.
SVA locks are available in different models suitable for over-rebated or flush-closing timber doors and narrow-stile doors. They can be flexibly installed thanks to the DIN universal trip latch. They have been approved as emergency exit locks for doors in escape routes and for use on fire and smoke check doors. The SVA 2000 F in accordance with EN 1125 for panic doors with a horizontal push bar can also be used in escape routes.
