Community Keyscan Aurora Integrated Access Management combines dormakaba Community access management software and Keyscan Aurora software into a cost-effective, scalable access control solution for multihousing properties. Property staff manage all aspects of property access control, from individual living spaces to the property perimeter, in one centralized interface.

Shared database: The two systems use a shared database and a single graphical user interface (GUI). Resident authorization is added or removed automatically, in real time, in Community and at access points secured by Keyscan. Installation requires no additional encoding.

The integrated solution includes configurable user profiles, common and restricted area management by credential or schedule, floor plans that show door and alarm status, and email notifications for events such as intrusions, low battery status or unauthorized access attempts.

The solution serves market rate apartments, privatized student housing and senior living facilities, with key control from anywhere and mobile access for residents.
