Community Access Management Software

dormakaba Community software is web-based access management software designed specifically for multihousing properties. It gives property managers key control from anywhere and gives property staff one easy-to-use tool to manage authorization to residence doors and common areas and to control perimeter access points throughout the property.

As door access software, Community simplifies daily property management with configurable resident and staff roles and access rights. Staff can add or delete residents, configure their access levels and issue keys within minutes, schedule auto-unlock and shift schedules for specific employees and vendors, and export audit reports that show who enters and exits units.

Mobile access: Community is a mobile credential delivery platform and supports mobile access.
