Ambiance Access Management Software

dormakaba Ambiance Access Management Software is an on-premise software solution that meets a property's complete access control needs. Ambiance is web-based and is managed through configurable user permissions and secured system access.

Guest management: Ambiance users manage guests through the native web-based client or through an interface with the property management system (PMS). Interfacing to Ambiance is the responsibility of the PMS provider.

Faster adoption: Guided workflows make property configuration, key creation and user management simpler and support faster user adoption.

Security and integration: The Ambiance key system is PCI-compliant, supports dormakaba's Bluetooth® enabled locks, and includes key management reporting, lock auditing, special function keys, and web services and APIs for third-party integration.
