The PowerPlex® 2000 electro-mechanical pushbutton lock eliminates the expense and administrative burden associated with issuing, tracking, and replacing mechanical keys. 

Unlike battery-powered electronic locks, the PowerPlex 2000 generates its own operating power with every turn of the lever. Powered by proven PowerStar™ Technology, this innovative design has been trusted in dormakaba high-security locking solutions for more than 20 years.

PowerPlex® 2000 locks can now be programmed and managed using the complementary LUNA™ software tool. The tool allowing PIN codes, user permissions, and schedules to be centrally managed from a single computer and transferred directly to the lock.
