Annual Leave
Full time dormakaba colleagues are entitled to up 25 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays. This is pro-rated for part time employees.
Healthcare Support
dormakaba recognises the importance of great colleague wellbeing, and so are pleased to offer all employees support with their healthcare needs. This includes access to an independent Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), where colleagues can seek advice and support on a variety of different concerns.
