Simply read and understand the role you wish to apply for, and follow the ‘Apply Now’ steps to submit your application.

For each of our roles, you will have the opportunity to upload your CV and a Covering Letter. We encourage you to check that your CV is up to date with your latest contact information, education and work history.  Your covering letter is optional, however it would be great to hear more about you and your reasons for applying to dormakaba

Some of our roles will require a telephone interview, before attending a face to face interview. This is again another opportunity to showcase your skills and abilities, and interest for the role. Our telephone interviews last approximately 30 minutes.

Your Interview

Before attending your interview with us, it is advisable that you conduct some research into our company and what we do. We want to hear about your enthusiasm for the role, and why you want to work for dormakaba. It would also be a good idea to clarify your expectations for what you think the role will entail.

Candidates can also prepare by reading through the full job advert and skills associated with the role, and preparing examples for where they have evidenced these attributes.

We encourage you to ask questions throughout the interview, and there will also be time at the end to clarify anything further. Our interviews are always a two-way conversation; we want you to feel relaxed and comfortable.

Your interview will be conducted by the Hiring Manager and a member of staff from our HR department. There will sometimes be an additional colleague present. These interviews typically last between 45 and 60 minutes.
