Ricky Walker

I have been with dormakaba over 10 years, moving from Service Commercial Manager to my current role leading the ESA Solutions business unit. Prior to dormakaba, I spent over 13 years in the Service Industry. My career began with LBS Group in 2001, before leaving to start my own business WM Door Services, which was consolidated by ADRS Solutions in 2012, which was acquired by DORMA UK. Ltd. 

I’m currently Vice Chairman for the Industrial Door Group in the Door and Hardware Federation (DHF). This role allows me to spearhead the importance of Training, Compliance, Health & Safety and participate in the raising of industry standards.

I enjoy stockcar racing and football, am a lifelong Westham fan, and have keen interests in F1 Grand Prix and travelling with family.
