Team Member - Call Handling

We are now recruiting for an experienced Call Handler to join our Customer Service Centre, based in Hitchin.

This is a reactive role, where you will be taking calls from our customers and logging them onto our system in order to communicate with the relevant service branch. They will then be able to arrange an Engineer Call-Out.

You will be required to give excellent customer service to all customers and liaise with corresponding branches to solve breakdown queries in a timely manner. As well as queries by phone you will also have to respond to customer enquiries via email.

Other administration duties may include: contacting customers for purchase order numbers to ensure we can bill correctly, invoicing and constant communication with our seven service branches to ensure customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about customer service, with a superb telephone manner and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

You will be an experienced Call Handler who is confident dealing with high volumes in a demanding environment.

Experience of meeting KPI’s would be an advantage.
