dormakaba locking systems enable digital access control. Access rights for doors to common areas can be adjusted with just a few clicks – for example, if keys go missing. Access rights for service partners can also be managed quickly and conveniently from the office. Digital access control is ensured by an integrated all-in-one solution from dormakaba. The precise coordination between digital access control and electronic access technology makes simple and efficient processes a reality. The building entrance doors are equipped with wireless components in the form of type 90 01 BLE electronic reader units. C-lever pro electronic fittings are used on the doors to common areas. In addition, door closers are installed on all entrance and fire doors. The security of emergency exits is ensured by the installed escape route terminals. The apartment doors are equipped with digital cylinders.
The digital access control system offers residents a high level of convenience and security: lost keys no longer present a risk and access media can be easily restricted or replaced if necessary.
