The Adoro Aparthotel project redefines hospitality by delivering a fully digital guest experience built on seamless guest access. From arrival to room entry and movement across high-traffic hotel areas, the solution enables secure, intuitive access throughout the property, including back-of-house and staff access zones.
Delivered in close collaboration between dormakaba, Alliants and the Adoro Aparthotel team, the project brings together advanced hotel access control and smart access solutions: dormakaba provides the robust door hardware and secure access control infrastructure, while Alliants enables mobile credentials and digital wallet-based access through its guest experience platform. As an innovation partner, the Adoro Aparthotel supported real-world testing and operational refinement to ensure a smooth rollout and strong alignment between the technology, platform and hotel operations.
The solution combines digital access control with mobile access, allowing guests to use their smartphones for quick, secure entry. This makes the check-in process painless, reduces pressure on reception and improves operational efficiency without compromising security.
Full hotel management system integration ensures access rights can be assigned and updated in real time. Integrated access across guest rooms, wellness areas and service zones creates a flexible, secure environment that supports both guest convenience and efficient staff operations.
