Keycards & Credentials

dormakaba Keycards & Credentials are hotel key card, key fob and wristband credentials manufactured and tested for dormakaba access solutions. The radio frequency identification (RFID) credentials are designed for use with dormakaba contactless electronic locks and readers, and the extensive range of options lets a property offer the right level of security for both guests and staff.

Recommended guest credential: The dormakaba system still supports MIFARE Ultralight® C, but the recommended guest credential is MIFARE Ultralight® AES. MIFARE Ultralight® AES offers AES-128 encryption for enhanced security, proven reliability for limited-use hospitality applications and Common Criteria (EAL3+) certification, and it is a cost-effective solution for secure RFID credentials. Paired with Ambiance Enhanced Security, it provides end-to-end AES-128 encryption.

Options: Custom hotel key cards and back-of-house keycards are available. For optimal protection, activate Enhanced Security in Ambiance on all compatible locks and firmware.
