e450 Smart Home Controller

The dormakaba e450 Smart Home Controller is a smart home controller that lets property managers remotely manage i-Series locks and other smart home devices, such as thermostats, lights, and pool and spa controls, through a single controller unit. The e450 supports both the Zigbee and Z-Wave wireless communication protocols.

Lock connection: A dedicated Zigbee channel connects only with i-Series locks, which enhances security and reduces the chance of unauthorized access. Each e450 connects with up to six i-Series locks.

Smart home control: The e450 works as a Z-Wave hub that connects simultaneously with over 200 Z-Wave devices, including lights, thermostats, door locks, and sensors from other manufacturers. The dormakaba access control system integrates with the BeHome247 energy management system, so property managers can create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.

When the property is unoccupied, property managers can adjust and monitor connected devices remotely to reduce energy consumption, detect issues, improve security, and maximize savings.
