Product Details

DRS Rail System

The DRS Rail System is dormakaba's clamp-on rail system for glass doors, and it allows for quick and easy door assembly. Simply clamp the rails onto tempered glass, or clamp and glue them onto tempered laminated glass (TLG), and the system is ready for installation. The system allows for job-site door height adjustment to compensate for irregularities in the door opening. The snap-on rail covers do not need to be installed until job inspection, which reduces the possibility of construction damage on the job site.

Header System

The popularity of concealed overhead closers led dormakaba to furnish fully fabricated headers for every door and sidelite configuration. The Header System incorporates RTS88 overhead concealed door closers and offers the aesthetic advantages of a concealed closer. A glazing pocket snaps into the header tube for a seamless transition and quick, easy sidelite glazing.

Along with concealed closers, the dormakaba Header System offers numerous walking beam pivots. When less metal is desired, narrow headers use a slim U-channel for glazing sidelites and walking beam pivots for swing doors.

The Header System also supports access control, with full integration with GP panics and maglocks (magnetic locks).

Dri-Fit Glazing Systems

dormakaba Dri-Fit glazing systems simplify installation. The Dri-Fit gasket is used in sidelite rails, header glazing pockets and U-channels. Dri-Fit sidelite rails are offered to match door profiles, along with a complete range of saddles to match clearances. Top and bottom Dri-Fit U-channels are also available for easy glazing that eliminates the need to use silicone during glass installation.
