INDIANAPOLIS, March 17, 2025 – dormakaba, the leader in One-Time-Code (OTC) safe lock solutions and the trusted Cencon brand, is introducing a new addition to its portfolio, CenconX™. dormakaba is unveiling CenconX at booth #20007 during the International Security Conference and Exposition (ISC) West 2025 in Las Vegas (March 31 - April 4).
CenconX is a new device-driven keyless ATM locking solution. The new OTC solution streamlines operations and improves efficiencies for cash-in-transit (CIT) and ATM service providers. The solution integrates key features of dormakaba’s established Cencon platform, such as OTC and Multi-Tenant functionality, and also delivers newer functionality such as automated code transmission via Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) and close seals while replacing physical credentials with using a device. These functionalities can all be conveniently managed through the dormakaba Safe Locks mobile app and are part of the new Apexx Software platform.

High-security solution
The CenconX solution is the next generation OTC lock that allows for keyless operation and near-real-time information and eliminates the need for in-person tech meets – all to realize a lower lifetime cost of ownership. The addition of CenconX allows dormakaba clients the flexibility to choose between legacy Cencon experience or take advantage of newer functionality and a more streamlined feature set.

This information is then passed back to the Apexx Software system over network for alerts and management.
Eliminate the costly need for in-person tech meets, as two tenants can operate in the same lock from their own database with simplified encrypted file transfer for change of ownership and moving operations.
Integrate seamlessly into existing operating systems by using available developer tools such as RESTful API and SDK.
