During a recent globally renowned tour alone, more than 1 million fans were scanned worldwide using Alvarado hardware, proving the pedestal’s fast throughput capabilities and flexible deployment.
Portable Admission Pedestal
The UltraQ Portable Pedestal allows guests to self-validate tickets for entry into venues. The UltraQ Pedestal is intuitive for guests, battery-powered, and Wi-Fi enabled, giving venues the flexibly to quickly deploy guest entry points wherever they are needed most.
The pedestal provides barrier-free admission control, paired with an easy-to-read LED screen that allows guests to intuitively self-validate entry credentials at sports and entertainment venues. With approximately 12 hours of continuous operation on a single battery charge, paired with a uniquely designed removeable dolly bracket and built-in hand grip, the UltraQ Portable Pedestal provides true mobile access control.
The pedestal also has the ability to reduce staff requirements and costs. One attendant is able to easily monitor multiple pedestals at once, as opposed to traditional handheld solutions that require one attendant per device.
Coming Together to Drive Fan Solutions
These recent event milestones build on the success the pedestal has achieved since launch, including being chosen to provide the superior product quality and integration expertise that SoFi Stadium and Ticketmaster required for Super Bowl LVI in 2022.
By January 2022, 150 Alvarado UltraQ Pedestals were brought to SoFi Stadium to support eager football fans by offering them a seamless entry experience. Through their partnership with Ticketmaster and Alvarado, SoFi Stadium implemented a 100% mobile ticketing experience, successfully bringing more than 66,000 fans to the stands, with scan rates exceeding 600 guests per minute.
