Serviceplan, a group of agencies with 23 locations, is active worldwide. In July 2022, the agency moved into its new home, the House of Communication in Munich. Three buildings connected by a glass corridor impress with their open facade structure and large windows. Light-flooded atriums and office areas with ceiling heights of up to 4.5 meters, loggias and balconies support the flexible working of 1,700 employees. The perfect location and technical equipment are available for every activity.

Access management

MATRIX PRO’s modular structure allows the system to be tailored to specific customer requirements, like allowing for flexible working, and can be added to at any time. The access management system is completely browser-based, making installation and maintenance much easier. All functions are managed using a uniform operating concept and an ergonomic user interface. The MATRIX PRO access system is networked with the HR department tool for full access control.

Building protection

The external perimeter of the three buildings is fully secured with 91 12 BLE electronic compact readers and PIN code entry outside of business hours. Communication works through wireless gateways. Inside the buildings, digital c-lever air fittings and digital cylinders are fitted on the majority of the doors.

Access solutions offering accessibility, fire protection and escape route security

In buildings open to the public, security and convenient, barrier-free access for visitors and employees are both of huge importance. Depending on the requirements for each door – accessibility, fire protection or escape route security – ED 100/250 automatic swing door operators, SafeRoute escape door terminals, SVP5000/6000/2000 self-locking panic locks and TS 93 and TS 98 door closers were also installed.
