The solution for double-leaf door systems

Rod lock systems from dormakaba offer a solution for the automatic locking and unlocking of the passive door leaf in double-leaf doors. It only takes a simple step to open the active door leaf via the lock, which also simultaneously releases the passive door leaf to allow opening. The closing of the passive door leaf and active door leaf results in a simple automatic relocking; no special knowledge about the operation or additional steps are required.

Functional security and reduced installation effort

Thanks to the snap connection without additional screws, the corner of the door leaf does not have to be opened or removed in the HZ 43-F series. The adjustable and flexibly routed spindle merely requires a milled recess for the latch box and a drilled hole for the bolt. The two-part design offers easy compensation tolerances and fully preserves the stability of the door construction.

Universal applicability

The HZ 43-F series offers versatile applicability at the top and bottom of double-leaf doors made of wood and metal, e.g. in combination with dormakaba automatic drives and door coordinators. It is also approved for fire and smoke doors (proof of suitability required).
