resivo digital master key system: more than an electronic door lock

Manage access rights with ease

Granular controlled authorizations ensure the access integrity of the residence. This means that only residents have access to the residence and/or communal areas. Thanks to dormakaba’s resivo digital master key system, the housing company can flexibly manage access rights as required via a Web Admin Portal – for example to entrance doors, to the underground parking area or to the plant rooms. This master key system with electronic door locks was installed by

Reiche Sicherheitstechnik GmbH & Co. KG. They equipped doors to communal areas with c-lever pro electronic fittings and SVP 5000 locks, and the door manufacturer installed TS 93 door closers. All apartment doors were fitted with a digital cylinder. Each of the building entrance doors was fitted with an access control system, an electronic reader and a door closer. Access to the bicycle storage rooms, underground parking areas and garbage areas is secured using online readers. Automatic doors provide barrier-free access to the bicycle storage rooms and the stairwell from the underground parking area. The system also incorporates emergency escape security.
