We may collect personal data directly from you, such as when you apply for a career opportunity with us or contact us with an inquiry or to report a problem.

When using our website for purely informational purposes, i.e. without registering or otherwise submitting information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server (e.g. your IP address).

This framework defines the roles and responsibilities of dormakaba personnel, provides a process for dealing with complaints regarding the protection of the information, and addresses the retention and destruction of personal data.
Internal policies and procedures that define the roles and responsibilities of our employees throughout the information life cycle and limits their access to such information on a “need-to-know” basis.
