Based in Busto Arsizio, Reti S.p.A. helps medium and large companies work through their digital transformation, providing IT solutions and business consulting services, and operating as a management service provider.

The complex is part of a redevelopment project to reclaim abandoned zones. It consists of seven main buildings, all part of the former cotton mill, a period villa and a historic guesthouse converted from an early 20th century workers' house, covering a total area of approximately 20,000 m2.

Advanced technology for centralized enterprise security and access control

The access control system installed at the Reti S.p.A. headquarters includes approximately 100 readers (91 10) connected to 15 dormakaba 92 00 concentrators, all distributed in the facility's technical rooms Each concentrator is equipped with a 90 30 expansion model to manage output and a 90 31 expansion model to control door opening through the client's building management system. All doors are equipped with a digital lock that enables flexible enterprise access control.

Each device is connected to the state-of-the-art Coach Web access control system. The application has been designed for access control, alarm monitoring (physical and logistical) and data collection. With dormakaba's Coach Web application, it is now possible to manage personnel master files, access control for companies, terminals, areas and gates.

With the installation of the Coach Web solution, Reti's security team is now able to monitor access in real time, receive notifications of critical events and manage user and visitor permissions from a single user-friendly and intuitive interface.
