Seamless entry and exit to green building for residents and guests thanks to comfortable access

Redefining safe access with the KTV 3 revolving door

dormakaba oversaw the installation of its KTV 3 revolving door in the Landmark Building’s entrance. This access solution not only facilitates the safe and continual flow of people into and out of the building, but it also secures the premises against unauthorized entry. The KTV 3 also provides efficient thermal separation – crucial for ensuring that those inside are comfortable while reducing exposure to drafts – improving the sustainability of the building and saving energy. As the best access solution available for the building, this revolving door was seamlessly integrated into Landmark, reinforcing the building’s vision of combining functionality with sustainability.

The Argus 60 sensor barrier: safety and design with the user in mind

To manage the flow of users into the Landmark Building’s main hall, the designers opted to install Argus 60 sensor barriers. Thanks to their modular design and the wide range of colors and materials available for the handrails, side elements and profiles, these corridors blend harmoniously into the building’s architecture while providing the maximum level of comfort and organization.
