Baugenossenschaft Winnenden eG (BGW) has been active in the housing and real estate industry for 75 years.In 2021/22, BGW invested EUR 12 million in a new building with 44 apartments. A KfW Efficiency House 55 was built on the roof with a photovoltaic system that generates electricity for its tenants.

BGW opted for a keyless, modern, digital locking system, choosing the cloud solution resivo, which ensures simple access management for buildings.

A digital access system for extra convenience

The resivo digital locking system offers housing companies an access solution that can be flexibly controlled via the web admin portal. This allows them to manage and assign access rights conveniently from the office for shared doors such as entrance doors, doors to underground car parks or common rooms and for third-party companies that need to access plant rooms to carry out work.The access system also offers a unique feature that ensures that the authorizations of the management and tenants are separate. The resivo access management system offers many benefits for Baugenossenschaft Winnenden: more efficient processes, time and cost savings and easier handling.

Modern technology for simplified access

The in-house electrician installed c-lever pro electronic fittings on the doors to the common rooms, digital cylinders on the doors to the plant rooms and 90 01 BLE electronic readers as wireless components on the building’s entrance doors. There are door closers on all entrance doors and fire doors. The escape route security is also integrated; three escape door terminals were installed for this purpose, e.g. from the underground car park to the stairwell.

Benefits for tenants

Tenants also have no problems using the electronic locking system. They can independently manage and assign access rights using digital keys. With the resivo keyless system, residents can also send digital and time-limited keys remotely via their smartphones.
