The kommod building combines a hotel, restaurant and offices under one roof. The kommod building is in the wonderfully green area of the Ruggeller Riet. Ideally located at the crossroads between Switzerland, Austria and Germany. The hotel rooms are bright and comfortable, as is the Business Center. In fine weather, the large outdoor terrace will tempt you to linger awhile. A luxurious highlight is the exclusive car park, where a lounge equipped with a bar is located between top-of-the-range cars.

dormakaba’s solution

The building houses around 20 hotel rooms and 30 office spaces under one roof. Office and seminar rooms are equipped with evolo components, which ensure reliable access during the rental period. The access system is connected to the Kaba evolo Manager. and managed via WLAN. This enables authorisation changes and means lost media can be blocked in the system. Guests can check in or book a room at any time using self-check-in. The machine checks the access permission and issues the guest with their access card. dormakaba thus ensures smooth 24/7 operation.
