Having opened its doors in June 2021, the Moselgarten boutique hotel in Bullay offers premium, au-courant hospitality with one-of-a-kind flair nestled in the Middle Mosel landscape. The Moselgarten hotel and restaurant feature on-trend and stylish furnishings with cozy rooms, each with its own theme. During the construction phase, the hotel owners insisted on high quality and next-generation technology. Little wonder, then, that they chose a modern electronic master key system. “In place of keys, we opted for an electronic solution for our complete door system,” notes hotelier Jan Abbruzzino.

Hotel access systems – for user-friendly, smooth operations

Convenient access with electronic locks

After looking at a number of hotel access systems, the owners opted for the Confidant RFID electronic locks from dormakaba for the guest room doors. The clear, streamlined design is the ideal complement to the hotel’s setting, while its contactless RFID technology offers a user-friendly guest experience. Side doors, such as interior doors for hotel staff, are fitted with digital cylinders. Access cards for guests and staff alike are quick and easy to set up with the all-in-one card programming station.

Quiet door closers for a relaxed setting

TS 98 XEA door closers were installed in all guest room doors and doors in the public areas, such as the corridors and restroom facilities, for barrier-free access and whisper-quiet closing. “We want our guests to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, which is yet another reason why we chose the dormakaba ultra-quiet door closers,” explains Mr. Abbruzzino.

Reliable functions for smooth operations

Automatic swing doors provide access to the entrance and exit of the underground car park. The exit to the courtyard is fitted with the ST Flex Secure fine-framed sliding door with certified anti-intruder technology, keeping uninvited visitors and vandals at bay. Because easy operation of the doors in the kitchen area is essential for the head chef as well, two automatic, single sliding ST Flex doors separate their fully equipped kitchen from the restaurant.
