The locking device solution for emergency exit doors

The M-SVP 3000 is especially suitable for use on emergency exit doors in conjunction with approved panic exit hardware. The lock complies with EN 1125 and can be combined with the dormakaba PHA 2500 door hardware system, for example.

Multipoint locking for enhanced intruder protection

M-SVP 3000 multipoint locking systems ensure door systems are securely locked in accordance with property insurance requirements every time they are closed. The main bolt and latch bolts at the two additional locking points automatically close with a 20 mm projection, triggered by two tamper-proof magnets. All locking components are made of high-quality steel.

Tight closure of the door saves energy

Not only does the multipoint locking system improve intruder protection, it also ensures the door fits snugly in the frame, which means less energy and heat are lost. This makes a significant contribution towards sustainable building and compliance with door system standard EN 14351.

Greater convenience thanks to motorised unlocking

The motor lock really comes into its own when used in conjunction with access control systems, as the door can then be unlocked with ease from a remote position. The door can also always be opened using the door handle or profile cylinder.

Barrier-free access solutions with M-SVP

Where usage frequency is high, the permanent door release function can be activated. By combining the lock with automatic door operator such as the dormakaba ED 100/250, barrier-free access solutions tailored to specific application requirements can be implemented. Feedback on the status of the lock can be analysed by the alarm system, for example.

Minimal configuration effort when ordering

The M-SVP 3000 is available as a profile-related equipment package for steel, aluminium, wood and PVC doors, which significantly reduces configuration effort when ordering.
