What is it like working for dormakaba?

I have been at dormakaba for nearly 4 years – during that time I have learnt a lot about our company, our products, and especially our people. dormakaba is a company that has and is going through a lot of positive change. The company is maturing in its focus, systems and growth with a number of acquisitions to complement our business and planning to enable growth.

What motivates you most in your work?

The fact that I feel like I can make a difference in my support; guidance and interactions with the managers and staff throughout the company. I am also motivated by the people that I work with and across the organisation – the fantastic work that they do under sometimes challenging situations.
