Responsibility:
Staffing related
-Work closely with SSC to ensure not only in/out processing but also transfer issue
-Well documentation on p file management
-Work on JD definition and manage recruitment channel to meet growing manpower needs
-Act as contract window between candidate and company to maintain key target candidates
-Facilitate and participate in interview process as required and enhance hiring approval process
Learning & Development
-Support to provide guidance to division in annual budget planning, monitor the spending of training costs
-Systematically collect training needs, also ensure the training implementation and improvement
-Monitor and track performance of training and development venders
-Have ability to design and facilitate L&D related project and event
Employee Relation
-Handle daily query related to staffs to solve the problems
-Connect with employees and business managers closely and understand their needs and concerns.
-Responsible for employee relationship relevant issues, incl. labor law consultation, conduct culture development and employee communication related activities
-Provide consultation and assistance for people issues, such as coaching in leadership, facilitate in PIP, etc.
HRS related
-Monitor HRS maintain with high quality together with SSC
-Provide and conduct necessary training or consultation to related audience
-Ensure time delivery of system related reports
Others
-Support supervisor based on project base and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
-Solid experience in HR full function support especially in BP and L&D
-Strong business and HR acumen, including but not limited to critical thinking, people communication skills, problem solving skills with English in both oral and written
-High sense of responsibility, positive working attitude, result and customer oriented while able to work on own initiative and as part of a team under high pressure
-Business trip frequency around 20%
-Bachelor degree and above
