Product Details

IOCB1616 
Operators rely on the IOCB1616 when high-level system design calls for additional input and output capabilities. The Keyscan IOCB1616 provides 16 additional inputs with 16 additional open collector outputs. It features new DIP switch banks for easy installation, set up, and feature configuration. This input and output expansion board is ideal for monitoring exit only doors, glass breaks, motion detectors, and any other sensing device through a Keyscan system. The Keyscan IOCB1616 can be chained together with up to four IOCB1616 boards for use with the CA4500 and CA8500.

OCB8 
The OCB8 is a durable and reliable Form-C relay output board designed as a dry contact closure for Keyscan’s door and elevator floor controllers, and auxiliary equipment. The Keyscan OCB8 provides auxiliary service expansion such as additional doors or elevator floor stops. OCB8 can also trigger secondary responses such as sirens, alarms, strobe lights or increase access restriction parameters with the Keyscan EC1500, EC2500, CA4500, or CA8500 controllers. The OCB8 is time programmable and features a DIP switch bank for easy changes to state of relays.

WIEEX2
The WIEEX2 expands the distance between access control panels and readers that support the Wiegland data format. The Keyscan WIEEX2 provides greater installation flexibility with a cable distance of up to 4000ft in hard to reach locations. The Keyscan WIEEX2 built-in door status monitoring, unlock relay, and request to exit inputs also reduce installation costs. The Keyscan WIEEX2 ensures compatibility with any Wiegand compatible access control unit through converting the Wiegand signal to standard RS485 communications between the transmitter and receiver.   

  • Converts the Wiegand signal to standard RS485

DPS-15
The DPS-15 is a dual linear DC power supply designed for an access control unit panel, readers and auxiliary outputs. Keyscan’s DPS-15 functions with 2 x 16 VAC 40 VA transformers and supply an output of 2 x 12 VDC 1.2 amperes. The Keyscan DPS-15 is included with Keyscan’s door and elevator floor controllers (CA250, CA4500, CA8500, EC1500, & EC2500).  

  • The DPS-15 supplies up to 1.2A for each of two segments

CIM (Communication Interlink Module)
The CIM is a communication control module designed to use a CAN Bus communication network. Keyscan’s CIM provides optimized server to access control unit (ACU) communication. The Communication Interlink Module creates a new inter-panel ACU to ACU communication network that provides global communication functions including anti-passback, global input/output and global time zones. The CIM includes an impressive host of new features including ground loop protection, enhanced diagnostics, improved speed and unprecedented reliability. 

  • Provides optimized server to Access Control Unit (ACU) communication

CIM-Link
The CIM-Link is designed as a TCP/IP companion module which incorporates multiple CIM CAN Bus communication loops into a single global infrastructure. The Keyscan CIM-Link module extends CAN Bus based access control unit (ACU) communications via a common LAN/WAN network. This maximizes system design flexibility by expanding ACU to ACU functionality to multiple independent CAN Bus global networks utilizing a common LAN/WAN infrastructure.

The NETCOM2 is an ‘off-board‘ TCP/IP communication module designed to establish access control units as a network-appliance based unit. The Keyscan NETCOM2 functions with new and legacy access control units and allows a quick connection to an existing LAN/WAN network infrastructure. NETCOM2 features DIP switches for convenient set up and is programmable for easy configuration when establishing communication along a network infrastructure.

NETCOM2P 
The NETCOM2P is a plug on TCP/IP communication adaptor module that connects directly to Keyscan networked access control systems. The Keyscan NETCOM TCP/IP communication adaptor modules function as a fast and easy way to connect a Keyscan Access Control system to a LAN/WAN network. The adaptors plug onto the CIM for network communication or directly onto the control board for single access control unit applications.  

  • Where higher security is required for communication, use the NETCOM6P with AES Rijndael (NIST approved) encryption algorithm 
  • A user-defined encryption key, which can be can be 128 bits, 192 bits, or 256 bits, minimizes the possibility of communication breach
