Competitive Remuneration
Salaries are set in line with market expectations and are considered for review each year. You will also be eligible to participate in an annual bonus scheme that rewards you for company and personal performance.

Generous Annual Leave Entitlement
In addition to state Public Holidays, regular employees in the Middle East organization have access to annual leave above and beyond their statutory entitlement. Annual leave entitlements are pro-rated for part-time employees. In our South African organization, extended annual leave is awarded to long service employees and senior staff.

Cultural Holidays
In the Middle East, our workforce is massively culturally and nationally diverse and this is something that we are particularly proud of. If you are part of the dormakaba Middle East organization, you will be entitled to a day off   each year to celebrate occasions of cultural, religious or social significance of your choice. In South Africa, our offices close at Christmas to provide all staff with a long holiday.
