C.    Verzamelen van persoonsgegevens bij het bezoeken van onze website

(1)   Wanneer u onze website voor louter informatieve doeleinden bezoekt, m.a.w. zonder u te registreren of ons andere gegevens te verstrekken, zullen wij enkel de persoonsgegevens verzamelen die uw browser naar onze server doorstuurt. Als u onze website wil bekijken, zullen we de onderstaande gegevens verzamelen die we vanuit technisch oogpunt nodig hebben om onze website aan u te tonen en stabiliteit en veiligheid te garanderen (de rechtsgrond hiervoor is artikel 6(1) lid 1, punt f AVGB):

(2)   Tijdens uw bezoek aan onze website zullen, naast de voornoemde gegevens, ook cookies op uw computer worden bewaard. Cookies zijn tekstbestandjes die door de webbrowser die u gebruikt, op uw harde schijf worden geplaatst waardoor bepaalde informatie kan verzameld worden door de eigenaar van de website, die de cookie plaatst (in dit geval zijn wij dat). Dat betekent dat uw computer kan herkend worden als u onze website opnieuw bezoekt. De sessiecookies worden verwijderd als u zich afmeldt of als u de browser sluit.

c)     Permanente cookies worden automatisch verwijderd na een bepaalde tijdsduur, die verschilt naargelang van de cookie. U kan de cookies te allen tijde verwijderen in de veiligheidsinstellingen van uw browser.

d)    U kan uw browserinstellingen aanpassen aan uw noden en bijvoorbeeld weigeren om cookies van derden te aanvaarden. Wij willen u erop wijzen dat u in dat geval misschien niet alle functies van deze website zal kunnen gebruiken.

e)    De Flash cookies die worden gebruikt, worden niet door uw browser maar door uw Flash Plug-in verzameld. We gebruiken ook opslagobjecten van HTML5, die op uw apparaat worden bewaard. f)      Deze website gebruikt Google Analytics, een webanalysedienst van Google Inc. (“Google”).

D.    Google Analytics

(1)   Google Analytics gebruikt zogenaamde “cookies”, tekstbestandjes die op uw computer worden geplaatst en toelaten om uw gebruik van de website te analyseren. De informatie die door de cookie wordt verkregen over uw gebruik van deze website, wordt over het algemeen verzonden naar een server van Google in de VS en wordt daar bewaard. Indien een IP-anonymisering wordt geactiveerd op deze website, zal uw IP-adres vooraf door Google verkort worden. Dit gebeurt binnen de Lidstaten van de Europese Unie of in andere verdragsluitende staten van de Overeenkomst betreffende de Europese Economische Ruimte. Enkel in uitzonderlijke gevallen zal het volledige IP-adres naar een server in de VS worden doorgestuurd en daar dan verkort worden. E.    Privacy verklaring voor dormakaba nieuwsbrieven
(1) Met uw toestemming kunt u zich abonneren op onze nieuwsbrief waarin wij u informeren over onze huidige aanbiedingen die interessant voor u kunnen zijn. De goederen en diensten worden vermeld in de toestemmingsverklaring.

(2) Wij maken gebruik van de dubbele opt-in procedure wanneer u zich registreert voor onze nieuwsbrief. Dit betekent dat wij u, na uw inschrijving, een e-mail sturen naar het door u opgegeven e-mailadres waarin wij u vragen te bevestigen dat u de nieuwsbrief wilt ontvangen. Als u uw registratie niet binnen 24 uur bevestigt, worden uw gegevens geblokkeerd en automatisch verwijderd.  We slaan ook uw IP-adressen en het tijdstip van uw registratie en bevestiging op. Het doel van deze procedure is uw registratie te controleren en elk mogelijk misbruik van uw persoonlijke gegevens op te sporen.

(3) De enige verplichte informatie die vereist is om de nieuwsbrief te verzenden, is uw e-mailadres. Het verstrekken van andere gegevens die afzonderlijk worden vermeld, is vrijwillig en wordt gebruikt om u persoonlijk te benaderen. Na uw bevestiging slaan wij uw e-mailadres op om een nieuwsbrief te versturen. De rechtsgrondslag is artikel. 6 (1) s. 1 a GDPR.

(4) U kunt uw toestemming te allen tijde intrekken en u afmelden voor de nieuwsbrief. U kunt uw toestemming intrekken door op de link in elke nieuwsbrief te klikken of door ons een aanvraag tot inschrijven te sturen via de bovenstaande contactgegevens.

(5) Wij vestigen uw aandacht op het feit dat wij uw gebruikersgedrag evalueren wanneer de nieuwsbrief wordt verzonden. Voor deze evaluatie bevatten de verzonden e-mails zogenaamde web beacons of tracking pixels die single-pixel beeldbestanden vertegenwoordigen die zijn opgeslagen op onze website. De informatie wordt bewaard voor zolang u geäbonneert blijft op de nieuwsbrief. Nadat u zich heeft afgemeld, slaan wij de gegevens alleen statistisch en anoniem op.

C.    Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1)   When using our website for purely informational purposes, i.e. without registering or otherwise submitting information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you would like to view our website, we collect the following data that we require from a technical point of view to display our website to you and guarantee stability and security (the legal basis here is article 6(1) sentence 1, lit. f GDPR):

b)    Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include session cookies in particular. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and shortened there. E.    Privacy statement for dormakaba newsletter

(1) With your consent you may subscribe to our newsletter in which we inform you about our current offers that may be of interest. The advertised goods and services are mentioned in the declaration of consent.

(2) We use the double opt-in procedure when you register for our newsletter. This means that after your registration we send you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided in which we ask you for confirmation that you would like to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and then deleted automatically after one month. We also store your IP addresses and the times of your registration and confirmation. The purpose of this procedure is to verify your registration and to discover any possible misuse of your personal data.

(3) The only mandatory information required to send the newsletter is your e-mail address. Provision of further data shown separately is voluntary and is used to address you personally. After your confirmation we store your e-mail address in order to send a newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) s. 1 a GDPR.

(4) You may revoke your consent at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You may revoke your consent by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter or by using the above contact details to send a message.

(5) We draw your attention to the fact that we evaluate your user behaviour when the newsletter is sent. For this evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels which represent single-pixel image files stored on our website. For these evaluations we link the data mentioned in (3) and the web beacons to your e-mail address and an individual ID.
Links in the newsletter also contain this ID. We use the data obtained in this way to create a user profile to tailor the newsletter to your individual interests. In this process we make a record of when you read our newsletters, which links in them you click on, and then draw conclusions about your personal interests. We link this data with your actions on our website.
You may object to tracking at any time by clicking on the separate link provided in every e-mail or by informing us via any other communication channel. The information will be stored as long as you subscribe to the newsletter. After you unsubscribe, we will only store the data in a statistical and anonymous form.

Each time you access one of our pages that contains LinkedIn features, a connection to LinkedIn's servers is established. LinkedIn is notified that you have visited our sites using your IP address.
