Functionalities
On both surfaces of the door panel, 4 mm thick compact laminate or laminate coated on 6 mm MDF is used, which is resistant to impacts and scratches, easy to clean, dust-free, resistant to moisture, cleaning materials (solvents and disinfectants), does not allow the settlement and development of microorganisms, has a non-porous texture.
Components
HPL Laminate Leaf Feature
Leaf construction is made of specially shaped profiles with a thickness of 48 mm, a minimum wall thickness of 2 mm (with a self-sealing slot), material AI 6063 quality, technical specifications. This profile is anodized with minimum 50-60 micron anodized coating or painted with 75-80 micron electrostatic powder paint.
Stainless leaf feature
Hermetic door wing and mechanism surface must be minimum 1 mm 304 quality stainless steel and satin finished. On top of it, there is a 400x400 mm, 6 mm thick tempered, grinded observation window glass (optional,) which is face to face with the stainless surface. This glass must be mounted on the door leaf with antibacterial adhesive, facing both surfaces of the leaf (without recesses and protrusions) and at eye level. There should be no abrasive and cutting surfaces on any edges and corners of the door. In addition, leaded glass and smart (blackout) glass can be used optionally.
