Our planned or preventative servicing and maintenance is undertaken on a contracted basis.
All contracted clients receive a discount on call-out charges.
|PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) visit*, including:||✔|
|• Basic adjustments to ensure doors are working||✔|
|• Rectify any faults in closing speeds, sensors, backcheck and latching||✔|
|• Check compliance of automatic doors in accordance with EN16005||✔|
|• Site report outlining any major defects or upgrades required to ensure safe & correct function||✔|
|Access to DORMA 24/7 Service Call Centre||✔|
|Reduced Labour Rates for 24/7 Emergency Call Outs||✔|
|Call Out Rates are covered within the price of the contract**||✘|
|Labour Rates for faults rectified on Call Outs and PPM are covered within the price of the contract**||✘|
|Parts used for faults rectified on Call Outs and PPM are covered within the price of the contract**/***||✘|
|Out of Hours Call Out Rates and Labour costs are covered as part of the Contract||✘|
|End of Life replacement & obsolete products covered as part of the Contract||✘|
* 2 or more annual PPM Visits are recommended for higher use doors
** Excludes; Misuse and abuse. Is applicable to; Normal office hours Call Outs (8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)
*** Includes; Drive Units, Drive Arms, Activation & Safety Sensors, Top & Bottom Pivots, Top Centres, Dummy Closers, Lock Adjustments, Wireless Push Pad batteries, Floor Guides and Guide Channel. Excludes; Lock Parts & Keys, Access Control Devices & Activators (Fobs etc..), Glass, Hinges, Door Leaves, Folding Door Leaf/Hinge Assembly, 'End of life' Drive Units, 'End of Life' finger protection products, replacement or upgrade where parts or products are no longer in production.
