Administrative employees perform office support activities for supervisors, managers, and other professional level employees. Their duties may include but are not limited to: customer service, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing. Applicable computer skills, research, and communication skills are required of these employees. These positions do not normally require a formal degree, but will require practical work experience.
