Management level employees plan, direct, and co-ordinate the operations of a function, department, division, or business unit. They are responsible for creating and maintaining systems and procedures within their area of control to ensure that goals related to efficiency, progress, and profitability are met. Management level employees are responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of one or more direct reports.
Administrative employees perform office support activities for supervisors, managers, and other professional level employees. Their duties may include but are not limited to: customer service, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing. This is a vital support function for our business.
Our Sales People develop the Company’s business through promoting the Company’s products and services to specifiers, contractors and installers with the view of generating specifications, enquiries and developing long term business relationships. They are usually field based and require a full UK driving licence. These positions do not usually require a formal degree, however, technical product knowledge is required and a proven background in selling similar products is essential.
Engineering employees deliver technical services to our customers by installing and servicing the company’s products. They are provided with initial training to equip them with the skills they need to carry out their job, which is on-going throughout their employment with the company. They are field based and require a full UK driving licence. These positions require practical work experience and a mechanical aptitude.
