Property Management System (PMS) Interface

Most existing Property Management Systems (PMS) can be interfaced with the FDU in order to automatically transfer a resident’s registration information (room number, check-out date and time, etc.). Using the PMS interface speeds up card encoding and eliminates human error; the information needs only to be entered once.

  • Resident check-in function to encode new Resident keycards (unit or suite).
  • Additional Resident keycards function – for new or duplicate Resident keycards (unit or suite).
  • Resident keycard read-back function for lost and found or to verify a card
