dormakaba's exit devices secure doors in compliance with fire/life safety codes. All dormakaba exit devices are certified to ANSI/BHMA Grade 1. Devices are available in rim, mortise, and surface or concealed rod styles in both fire- and panic-rated versions. Both Narrow and Wide Stile exit devices are available. Electronic features such as light touch sensors, Motorized Latch Retraction (MLR) and Delayed Egress (DE) are also available to suit a variety of applications.
