Our planned or preventative servicing and maintenance is undertaken on a contracted basis.
We offer three different servicing packages: Silver, Gold and Platinum.
All contracted clients receive a reduced emergency breakdown charge.

|Access to dormakaba 24/7 Support Centre||✔||✔||✔|
|Reduced Labour Rates for 24/7 Emergency Call Outs||✔||✔||✔|
|Call Out Rates are covered within the price of the contract**||✔||✔||✘|
|Labour Rates for faults rectified on Call Outs and PPM are covered within the price of the contract**||✔||✔||✘|
|Parts used for faults rectified on Call Outs and PPM are covered within the price of the contract**||✔||✘||✘|
|Out of Hours Call Out Rates and Labour costs are covered as part of the Contract||✘||✘||✘|
