Tracey Storr

Originally from North-East of England, and now based in Hitchin, UK, I have been with the Company since 2012, firstly as Regional HR Director Dorma UK Ltd, then subsequently as Deputy Vice President HR for UK BeNeLux and now Deputy Vice President HR UK, IE, SSA & NL. I also have responsibility for leading Diversity & Inclusion across Region Europe & Africa.

Previously, I held various HR positions in different parts of the Siemens & ALSTOM groups, in support of employee groups in manufacturing, service and R&D.

I have a BSc in Business Studies, MSc in Work Psychology, and am a Chartered HR Professional with the UK CIPD.  More recently I have also completed INSEAD’s Gender Diversity Programme.
