Paul Wright: Senior Vice President Markets - UKI, NL and SSA

I have been with dormakaba over nine years, moving from Deputy Vice President in Service for UKI & BeNeLux, through Vice President UKI, to my current role as Senior Vice President responsible for UKI, NL & SSA markets. Prior to dormakaba, I spent 15 years in the Service Industry. I originally began my career with Dorma UK in 1998, before leaving to progress onto roles in Installation and Business Development, culminating in starting my own business, ADRS Solutions, in 2010.  I re-joined the Company in November 2014, when ADRS was acquired by Dorma UK Ltd.

Formally, I was Chairman of the UK’s Automatic Door Suppliers Association (ADSA), for 2 years in 2020-22. After my term as Chairman, I've continued my role within the Executive Committee of ADSA, allowing me to promote high standards within the automatic door industry in the UK, helping specifiers and customers to obtain the best solution for their requirements.

I live locally to our Hitchin Head Office, enjoy football, golf and socialising with friends and family.
