Within this role you will be supported through a 12-18 month scheme dedicated to your learning, studying Level 2 or 3 Business Administration / Customer Service.

The role of a Key Accounts Administrator involves a wide range of activities, all of which support the efficient running of the service department.
In a typical day, you work would be a mixture of telephone calls and emails related the following activities:
- Responding to billing queries
- Managing spreadsheets
- Customer updates
- Chasing purchase orders
- Liaising with other departments
- Validation checks before invoicing
- Creating invoice output documents to send to the customer
You will work mainly on our CRM (customer relationship management) system, Salesforce, as well as Microsoft packages.

To apply as a Key Accounts Administrator Apprentice, you’ll require five GCSEs at Grade A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English as well as experience of all the Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Qualifications aside, excellent teamwork, organisation and communication skills are essential to the role, as you would be expected to liaise with all levels within the business and exercise diplomacy and sensitivity.
We are a busy department so you’ll learn a lot but we’ll need you to be flexible and multi-task to produce results and also be resilient under pressure.
